Our mother Ofilia Sanchez Torres 88, passed away on Monday, October 1, 2018. Funeral services will be held Thursday October 4, 2018 at 11:00a.m. at Love Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Sonora Cemetery. Ofilia was the widow of Johnny Torres. Born in Sonora, Texas, she was the daughter of Luciano and Petra Sanchez. She was a housewife, and a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church. She will be remembered for her character, personality, she loved her family to get together at her home, especially her grandchildren! She is survived by her daughters, Juanita, Carmela, Gloria, and Elizabeth, grandchildren Rick, Gail, Anna, Ruben, Louie, Trini, Felicia, Michell, Sly, Jessica, and Elaine, 28 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Johnny, parents Luciano and Petra Sanchez, daughter Elsa, grandson Daniel Garza, and granddaughters Maribel Sentena and TJ Galvan.
