Marion Richard "Dick" Hearn

Dick Hearn was born June 29, 1947 in Sonora, Texas to Melvin Richard Hearn and Marian Louise Adams. He graduated from Sonora High School and attended Sul Ross State Junior College in Uvalde, Texas. He married his high school sweetheart. Linda Sue McCutchen, February 18, 1967 and remained married for 58 years. He worked as a truck driver for H&H Trucking, Morris Brothers, Britton Construction, Coors Brewing and retired from United Parcel Service after 20 years and then retired to the Devil's River outside Del Rio, TX. He loved God, his family, hunting, fishing and raising cattle after moving to Eldorado in 2009.

Dick is survived by his wife, Linda of Eldorado, sons and daughters-in-law, Shane Hearn (Donna) of Eldorado, Rick Hearn of Revo, NV and Foster Hearn (Jenny) of San Antonio; 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; sister Joyce Raska (Wayne) of Mason; two sisters-in-law, Brenda Bryant (Wayne) of Eldorado, Jessie Kerbow of Sonora; brothers-in-law, Thurston McCutchen (Billie) of Sonora and Leonard Rogers of Sonora; numerous nieces, nephews and Brushy Top Cowboy Church family.

Public Viewing will be held at Love Funeral Home, 210 W Gillis Ave, Eldorado, TX Thursday, November 6th and Friday, November 7th from 10 am - 7 pm.

Funeral Service will be held Saturday, November 8th at Brushy Top Cowboy Church, 5423 S. Hwy 277, Eldorado, at 1PM, burial to follow at Sonora Cemetery.

Reception to follow at Brushy Top Cowboy Church.
