Jon-Luke Rodriguez

Jon-Luke Rodriguez, 25, of Eldorado, TX was born on May 11, 1997 in San Angelo, TX on Mother’s Day to Christina Rodriguez. Jon-Luke went to be with our Lord on April 13, 2023 in Eldorado, TX. Jon-Luke attended and graduated with Cum Laude honors from Ozona High School in May of 2015. Upon graduation, he married Nichole Muñoz and was shortly after blessed with the love of his life, Valerie Lights. He entered the workforce to provide for his family working in construction upon his death. Jon-Luke enjoyed fishing with Apa, playing poker and pool, skateboarding, drawing, but most of all spending time with his family. He enjoyed Sunday dinner at Ama’s and most of all her cooking. Jon-Luke is survived by wife, Nichole Rodriguez; daughter, Valerie Rodriguez; mother Christina Rodriguez, and siblings Jennifer and Justin Arredondo of Sonora, TX; Grandparents, Johnny and Vivian Rodriguez of Eldorado whom he adored and loved as parents; Aunts, Janie Ortiz (husband, Martin Sr.) of San Antonio, TX; Yvonne Rodriguez (partner, Manny Muñoz) of San Angelo, TX; and Jennifer Jurado (husband, Jann Jann) of San Angelo, TX. Uncle Marc Anthony Rodriguez (wife, Racheal) of Eldorado, TX. Cousins: Martin Jr. and Mia Ortiz, Xzavier Ford (daughter, Emersyn), Jamison, Jude, and Journey Jurado, and Alexis Rodriguez. Great-grandmother, Juanita Shurley of Eldorado, TX. Also, numerous great aunts, uncles and relatives. Jon-Luke was a kind, respectful, thoughtful and loving person with an infectious smile. He could light up a room. He was loved by many and he loved them so much in return. He will be greatly missed and our lives will never be the same. Funeral services are arranged by Love Funeral Home in Eldorado, TX. Viewing will be held Saturday and Sunday, April 15-16, 2023 from 9am to 9 pm. Funeral mass is scheduled for Monday, April 17, 2023 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church at 10 am. Interment will follow in Eldorado Cemetery.
