Sonora, Joe Lance Lowe, 73 of Sonora died Sunday, November 5, 2017 in Del Rio. Memorial services will be held Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at 10:30a.m. at St. John's Episcopal Church. Survivors include his wife Glenda Lowe of Sonora, daughters Janice Contreras of Odessa and Lancey and husband John Ronspiez of Ft. Worth, grandchildren Tristin Ronspiez of Ft.
