Joe Allen Lee

Joe Allen Lee Joe Allen Lee, son of Joe Robert Lee and Mildred Hite. Born May 18, 1932, in O’Donnell Tx. Went to be with the Lord on November 8, 2023. Joe graduated from Artesia high school and joined the Army. He served his time in the Korean war. He returned home to work on the family farm until he started working in the Oil Field. In 1970 Joe moved to West Texas where he resided until his death. Joe was proceeded in death by his parents, 3 siblings, His late Wife Madalyn Lee, Children Ronald Lee, Lisa Alley, Cindy Newton, Vernie Alexander. He left behind his Wife Jane Lee, 2 Brothers and his Children Gary Lee and his wife Georgie Lee, Phillip Lee, and Tim Buretz. 20 Grandchildren, 43 great grandchildren, and 15 great great grandchildren. Joe was well known in the oil field industry where he retired at the young age of 85. He was a friend to so many in the community and leaves behind a legacy of never meeting a stranger and a story and a smile for everyone.
