Efrain "Frank" Torres, age 57 of Dallas passed away Friday, October 9, 2020 in Dallas. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Eldorado. Interment will follow in Eldorado Cemetery. Survivors include parents Elpidio Torres, Sr. and Emma Torres, and brothers Elpidio Torres, Jr. Elias Torres and Hector Torres.
